[pct-l] Canada issues

The "Application to Enter Canada via the PCT"  is something from the
Canadian government.  This is for northbound hikers.  True, there are not
Canadian agents waiting to accept your permit, and most hikers don't
attempt to find their way to a Canadian immigration office to surrender the
permit.  Most hikers hike into Manning Park, then take a bus/train/plane
back to the US.

It's different for southbound hikers.
The US government states that entering the US from Canada via the PCT is
illegal.
