Hello Glen,
I am forwarding a link to Halfmile's water report that I got from Laurence Peabody (The Spring Guy). Halfmile will provide the water report in the future.
Thank you Halfmile.

I recently rebuilt the USFS Spring at Fobes Saddle with its Rubber-maid Horse trough.
Tunnel Spring hasn"t been cleaned for 15-20 years and is a filthy mosquito mess, But the horrid side trail
from the PCT is erroded and over-grown, meaning dangerous. Enjoy your hike........
The Spring-Guy.
PS; new H2O reports are at PCTwater.com (thanks to Halfmile)

There are a few possible camps that might have water. One would be at the spring near Fobes Saddle. Apache Spring Tunnel Spring, Little Taquiz Valley. The best source of information on springs and the likelihood that they might still be running - or at least dripping, would be Laurence Peabody (better known as Laurence the Spring Guy). He was very helpful to me in 2008. I could be ready to start by Wednesday.
