[pct-l] Transportation in Campo

It's about 20 trail miles to Lake Morena and only 6 road miles. If  
you can make it to Lake Morena, they might be able to get a ride back  
to their car from there. If not, if I were them, I would just hike  
7.5 miles with you (or so) and then turn around. Then drive to Lake  
Morena and either wait for you there or hike SOBO and meet you and  
hike back to Lake Morena with you. Kind of two good-byes for the  
price of 1.
