[pct-l] Deep Creek Closure

Prior to reaching the detour the PCTA representative responsible for that
portion of the trail advised that a couple of her crew members
SoBOed through the Deep Creek section to do an evaluation and that based on
their report she had closed the trail.  The hand made trail closure sign
itself was marked that the closure was by the PCTA.  No mention of the
Forest Service.

Just sayin'.
