Please note that there already are Grizzlies in the North Cascades.  Two years in a row I saw unmistakable Griz scat very near the Northern Terminus, and someone got a photo of one up there that made the Seattle papers--check the archives 'cause I'm sure someone posted that link here in the last year or so.
