[pct-l] Update on Vermilion Valley Resort

[Vermilion Valley Resort]

Here's a quick update on VVR:

The road to VVR (via Kaiser Pass) remains closed due to recent snow storms.

However, VVR is manned, and open to Hikers.  We can drive the road, and 
therefor, we can pickup your resupply packages and bring them to VVR.

Please send any packages to Rancheria Garage via UPS; the Post Office at 
Mono Hot Springs is not open yet.
