[pct-l] helping out with water report

Thanks for the feedback. Originally it was just, was their water. The directions evolved as hikers had trouble finding water and gave directions. Of course sometimes I'd get conflicting directions to the same water hole! And there's a seasonal stream north of Mission Spring only two hikers have seen (I removed that one) and either one or two pipes/leaks in the San Gabriels at 401.9 (or a mile or two either way) I keep getting different info on.
