I agree but want to take it a step further.   There are very very few people who have the foggiest idea why a product that weighs 7 oz. for the tops and bottoms needs to be broken down any further.  

Just for grins we can all guess that weight for tops and bottoms to be almost even (tops may be a bit more) and someone that cannot do that quick mental math is not going to either buy the product or be safe to take it into the wilderness.  

That said, it is really hard to get exact details right over e-mail and harder on the phone these days.   I am a computer geek and the equiptment I just ordered from Dell came in late and WRONG.  They have my money and I just have to suffer with the trouble to get things right.

Have had the same problem with HP and IBM and smaller companies, just the way things are these days.

So we suck it up and head down the trails.    May it not ever rain enough for you to use your gear....
