[pct-l] Water Consumption - desert

Drinking a bunch in the evening may not be necessary. I read something
recently about long distance runners having hydration problems while running
even though they were consuming lots of fluids, but being extremely hydrated
when they were done. What happened was that all their fluids were going
into their muscles while running, and they would hydrate along the way, and
then that fluid would have no purpose when they were done. That seems to
explain why I'm pissing like a race horse many times at the end of the day
and often into the night. I'm going to start restricting my fluid intake in
the evenings and then chug it down in the morning.
