[pct-l] trail closure status -- San Bernardino Sheep FireClosure

Thanks for the link to the closure map; it all is much clearer in my mind 
now.  I'm a bit confused though about something:  the closure area is 
clearly outlined but the entire PCT the length of the map is marked per the 
legend as closed?
