[pct-l] Multi-Vitamin Recomendation

Planning for a NoBo thru-hike this year and wondering about multi-vitamins... I know this is a personal preference but does anybody have a favorite... my girlfriend has the same question so it doesn't have to mens or womens specific.  Thanks for the feedback.  Happy trails.
