[pct-l] Section A PCT Closure

I talked to someone from the Cleveland National Forest, Descanso Disrtict,
and she said the trail is still closed, and the detour I previously posted
is still in effect.  There are still several ordinance still unaccounted
for.  She also said that if anyone should find said ordinance, do not
touch.  A toxic propellant is used and on the surface which could make you
very sick.  Her comment, not mine.

She did not know when the PCT will reopen.  I will contact her this
afternoon for an update.
