[pct-l] Marine helicopter near PCT in Section A

i wonder if the authorities are sufficiently aware of the pct, and the 
fact that hikers will be walking through that area (most of the hikers i 
dropped off yesterday will likely be hitting the cibbetts flat area 
right about now). if there's fire and unexploded ordnance, i'm thinking 
this might warrant a trail closure?
