[pct-l] superfeet

Comfy shoes at work are too important, especially if you are on your feet all day.  I recently tried pink superfeet (I'm knock-kneed) and could feel things sort out in a  few weeks.  Superfeet only work so much.  You need good shoes as a foundation.  I've never worn running shoes in public unless I was running until hiking the PCT this year (not exactly the style(less) statement I wanted to make.  I also need to look good at work and the best shoes I've ever worn (and now only wear) are El Naturalista.  Your feet are your foundation for all of the rest of your bone structure.  Spend some money there and you'll need less physio, have more energy left at the end of the day and have fewer knee, joint and back issues.

For me at least, this two items are a dynamite combination.  I'd really recommend a pedorthist or at the very least, a good shoe fitter.
