[pct-l] How to get from White Pass to Cascade Locks for a section hike?

to get from Vancouver, WA to North Bonneville /Stevenson / Carson across from Cascade locks.  

 

Has anyone gone from the Portland, OR airport to Vancouver, WA recently?  I'm having trouble with my googling skills.
