Honey has no fat or protein anyway.  It's all carbs.  Plenty of energy but no fat - that comes from the peanut butter.  Two tablespoons of m y peanut powder has 70 calories (35 from fat); 3.5 grams of fat; 3 gm carbs; 6 gms protein.  no vitamins; a trace of calcium and iron.

Maybe, but what about the all-important fat?  If it is a powder, then presumably there is little or not fat; and little energy value.

Where was it?  Which town and grocery?  Brand name?  I just bought some peanut powder from beprepared.com buy haven't tried it yet.  Mixing the two together (with a little powdered milk) would make a great trail staple - just add water.

Hello all.  I was walking in the grocery store today and saw a quart jar of powdered honey- $6 something.  Anyone ever seen/ used/ tasted this?
Thanks!
