I have a couple of old Starr Guides (different editions) and they were
quite handy for planning and for finding bail-out points if and when needed.
The student who posted a while back wanting a PCT project -- perhaps she
could update and/or extend the coverage in a similar format. He/she
would have to check copyright issues before copying the old books too
closely.
