I'd like to know how you see your guide being used in conjunction with
other available resources. Is your guide intended to replace or
supplement other guides?

I hiked section A last year. I used the PCT Atlas for maps and elevation
profiles. I used the mileages in the Data Book to determine where I was
along the trail. For water I used the Water Report and Yogi's guide to
determine the likelihood that a water source had water. Yogi's guide
also lists water sources that are not listed in the other guides.

How do you see your guide fitting into this or some other common use of
the various guides?
