Finished my 2 08 fire makeups; need snow on trail info for OR, Santiam
Pass/US-20 to Cascade Locks; the Western Snow Pack map & Postholer were
showing higher than normal snowpack for northern OR; or tell me whom to call:
ranger districts or ? Last year, as I recall there was long lingering snow in
the Timberline Lodge area from above average snow. Sorry I'm just not
interested in playing, Where's the Trail? Can anyone help me with personal
knowledge of the conditions?

Also any personal knowledge of conditions in WA would also be extremely
helpful. The W Snowpack Map showed below average snow from about mid-WA to
Canada, for instance, but I just don't have the knowledge of the Pacific NW
to know what to expect.

I'm in Etna, kinda not knowing what to do or where to go, but I'll call
Dinsmores, and try to call some Ranger Districts.

Also, BRICK, I've had _pct-l at backcountry.net_
(mailto:pct-l at backcountry.net) on my daily trail conditions report for 200 mi now, but they don't show
up on the list. Can that address only be used through the list, so to
speak, or is something else going on?
