[pct-l] Would you buy a used sleeping bag?

I have seen a listing for a used Nunatak Arc Alpinist quilt. 

The ad says it's four years old, but has been used about 20 nights, stored loose, non-smoking home. It's a touch big for me (it fits 5 ft 10 and I'm about 5 ft 6) but it's much less expensive than getting it new. (Not that I don't want to support Nunatak by buying new, but I don't have a lot of money to spend on gear.)

This was the type of sleeping quilt I was planning on using.
