[pct-l] dogs on the PCT

When you've been bit on the trail by a "good" dog your view on dogs on
the trail changes. The two dogs in question came running at me, the
master said they were good dogs, the dogs ran past me without their
master, turned when I wasn't looking and bit my thigh. Tore the pants
but thankfully just bruised the skin. "They've never done that" I was
told. Freaked me out for a long time.
