[pct-l] CORRECTION: Permits for the rest of us

The Cleveland National Forest website is quite vague on whether a permit is required outside of big 'W' Wilderness areas. 
They mention in the FAQ section that all undeveloped camping on the forest requires a visitor's permit. 
The best thing would be to contact the Forest Service Office directly.
