I don't know about athlete's foot in particular, but I used to have an
underarm fungal infection that was resistant to over the counter
anti-fungals. I sprayed it twice daily with hydrogen peroxide, and it
cleared up. It used to flair up every year in the spring, but since
treating it with hydrogen peroxide, it has never come back.
