Andrew, since you asked, your pack weight is really on the heavy side.  With 
food and water you are really going to be packing a lot of weight.  Your 
tent, pack, and sleeping bag are all in the far upper range of weight for 
those items.  It seems like you have a lot of clothing as well.  My base 
weight (including stove fuel, but not food and water) is 20 lbs. and most 
hikers would say that is on the heavy side.  But, as always, it is a 
personal choice.  If you can handle it, go with it.  If it really starts to 
wear you down, you can make adjustments.  Have a good hike.
