[pct-l] Women's rain pants....

I have ski pants that have a zipper up each side but they are double
layer fabric, too hot for hiking. My winter gaiters should do for March
but I would hate to have to carry them in August. I make my own cotton
gaiters that keep the dirt out of my boots and are loose and cool. I do
buy a size larger for layering if I have to. With all the cargo pockets
and extra muscles my regular size would not be roomy enough to move.
