[pct-l] Expensive Town Resupplies?

Steheken may be expensive because there is no road and everything is
brought in by boat, but if you've driven to VVR (Vermillion Valley
Resort) you would see why there prices might be higher than town also -
many do not consider that road to really be a "road". As for Muir Trail
Ranch, everything has to go in most of the same from VVR uses, then a
boat, then a pack train to the ranch.
