[pct-l] Expensive Town Resupplies?

Easy's got it right in terms of the more expensive resupplies.
I would also include Belden. Its a terrible resupply and it is overpriced.
Send a maildrop there if your not planning on going into Chester. Chester
has a nice large supermarket with plenty of options.
