[pct-l] concealed weapons carry in CA National Parks

well personally, I hate this new law! I fear that we will be finding dead innocent animals all over the wilderness and no one will take blame b/c there will be idiots that like to target shoot or claim self defense...COME ON!  What were they thinking?

the original proposal was changed, as to be published in the Federal
Register next Wednesday, and taking effect 30 days later; it appears
that only CA residents holding a valid concealed carry permit (~41,000
people?) will be allowed to carry concealed weapons in National Parks.
I don't think CA has reciprocity with other states in regards to ccw
permits.
