[pct-l] concealed weapons carry in CA National Parks

the original proposal was changed, as to be published in the Federal
Register next Wednesday, and taking effect 30 days later; it appears
that only CA residents holding a valid concealed carry permit (~41,000
people?) will be allowed to carry concealed weapons in National Parks.
I don't think CA has reciprocity with other states in regards to ccw
permits.
