Jordan,
It starts in Calexico at the Mexican  border.
 From there it menders north through California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah 
etc., you can't miss it, just keep going north.
But, if the two nights of wine, women and song in Hollywood got your 
orientation all messed up and you get lost in Wyoming,  just ask anybody 
in Cheyenne. 
Anybody in Cheyenne knows where the  ''PCT''  is......it runs right 
through town.
Good luck on your thru-hike.....remember just keep going north.
If you wind up in Alaska, you went to far.
If all else fails, call  ''SWITCHBACK  SEARCH  &  RESCUE.''
