I stopped using one after a couple of years for two
basic reasons....

1) I found that I was drinking a lot what with the
nozzle so readily available and, therefore, I was
slowing down too much.  (I have a tendency to dilly
dally anyway...didn't need any additional impetus) 


2) Also, I got "hose pinching" quite frequently.  And
I think we all know how painful that can be.  Ok,
maybe not all.
