[pct-l] Julian

Mason Valley Truck Trail doesn't go into Julian. The upper end that is
shown connecting to Highway 79 in the guide book goes through private
property and is closed. There is a trail that connects to Sunrise Highway
but if you are going to hitch to Julian you might as well start from where
the trail comes closer to Sunrise Highway, either in the Lagunas or
Scissors Crossing.
