[pct-l] Candian Permit/Paperwork

 I do believe that in Canada, as I was informed by some Canadian friends 
of mine, that paperwork must be *signed* in all capital/block lettering 
to be a "legal" document, for some reason. I suppose that is in addition 
to one's signature in cursive, or instead of?  Just a quirk of Canada I 
suppose - something we must accept if we want to visit their fine 
country. ;)
