[pct-l] Sonora Pass to Sierra City permits - parking

Back in 2005 I got this email from Larry Breed, who owns the store in
Sierra City. If you google for Larry Breed Sierra City you can get
phone #, email, etc.

 "I own the grocery store in sierra city, you can park up behind the
store and the community hall that area is part of the store. If anyone
asks just tell them larry said you could park there."
