[pct-l] Rescue Insurance

Two years ago a thru-hiker was airlifted from the north side of Fuller Ridge after she found herself in a snake pit.  She contacted 911 via her satellite phone and was rescued via Search and Rescue helicopter.  I later asked her if she incurred any charges for the rescue and she indicated that she was not.  In fact, she shared that the Search and Rescue team was more than happy to get out and identified this as a "training" mission.
