It is possible to hike the PCT using Ursack all the way if you camp in either unrestricted areas of SIBBG or use bear boxes when in those areas.  Doing so requires careful planning and may require fairly long hikes between campsites.  The map on the SIBBG website is your best guide.  It shows the restricted areas as well as the location of bear boxes.
