[pct-l] Graffiti on signs since MacKenzie Pass - Sharpie Pen 'PCT->' has now become graffiti

I was up at Olallie Lake this weekend and some one had written "bats" on one 
of the trail markers just before the lake, along with a picture of 2 bats, 
using a sharpie pen.
Unless I am about to get bats in my hair, I don't need this either.
