[pct-l] Graffiti on signs since MacKenzie Pass - Sharpie Pen'PCT->' has now become graffiti

In July on a sign at the side trail to the horse camp just south of
Jackson Meadow Reservoir I saw anti-horse graffiti written in the same
hand as the 4th pic in Carls pictures. It said something like "Whoa,
Betsy, let's Tear up the Trail" on a sign with an icon of a rider on a
horse.
