[pct-l] User Fees

 If you enjoy user fees Determined Hiker, come to our Parks in Washinton and 
you won't be disappointed. Of course you'll need a second job or a rich uncle 
to do any amount of hiking. ( or live in your car )  because you won't have 
many greenbacks left when the collectors are done with you!!!  Backpacker did 
a good story last year on fee money trails. Park service put 48% back into 
parks but forest service was a joke. 33% back into the forest service and of 
that, only 17% was used to improve roads, trailheads and trails. Private fee 
contractors stick-it to uninproved campground users ( 9 dollars per night 
with no money going anywhere but the contractors pocket ) So where DO you 
draw the line with fees. 40.00 a night??? 100.00 dollars a night??/ or what?? 
How about alittle accountablity forest and park service??/
