[pct-l] The "Hot Toddy" stove.

Requirements:
1.Stove
2. 4 ounces of fuel [75.5% Ethyl Alcohol. This may be found at any resupply
point typically under the trade name: Biccardi]
3. 1/2 tsp Hot chocolate mix
4. 1/2 tsp instant coffee mix
6. 6 ounces of water {unfiltered]

Place 4 ounces of fuel in stove. Light stove.
In pan mix water, hot chocolate and coffee. Bring to boil. 
Extinguish stove
Pour excess fuel in liquid 
Enjoy.

This is the most environmentally desirable stove. Much less fuel is spilled.
Further, the stove doesn't't need a windscreen. Should the stove fail to
light simply pour excess fuel into the mix. Many feel it's better cold.
