[pct-l] Goretex fails burn test

 Many of the WTO protesters up here in Seattle claim that goretex does not 
stand up well to Tear Gas attacks or repeated canister hits. On a better 
note, it appears to withstand rubber bullet hits well with no known leakage.

Seattle Emerald City may soon be renamed tear gas alley.
