[pct-l] Blue Kazoo

I've used the Blue Kazoo with a bivy sac and slept comfortably through a
snow storm above Monache Meadows, temp's probably in the upper 20's.
It's the bag I always take now.   But it is cut tight - no boots and
maybe 1 water bottle stashed inside with me.
