RE: [pct-l] Intro & Sleeping Bags

I used a FF Swallow on my 98 thru hike. Very impressed by it in the
begining, but it lost loft a bit too fast. Still usable though.

The Blue Kazoo is a good option too, but I never tried one. A little lower
quality down than the Swallow, but probably less expensive too.

On VBL. I don't think it will get cold enough on the PCT for VBL (given the
two sleeping bag options you mention).
