Dear Mr. Moak,
Neat design, can't imagine much lighter.
I am curious about the pink insulation mentioned in your table of
materials. Is this fiberglass or a similar substance? Is it there in the
alcohol burner strictly as thermal insulation or does it serve another
purpose, like a wick medium or something? (I may be REAL ignorant
here...)
Some folks are intolerant of exposure to fiberglass & maybe gettin'
close to it a few times a day, while cooking, would be a bad thing. How
would you suggest sealing the fiberglass away from exposure during
preparation and use?
