[pct-l] confirmation of 2 southbound hikers

Ron mentioned two southbounders making it through the N. Cascades.

  I met a man and woman w/ 2 dogs(!) and what looked like very heavy packs
around Wahtum Lake near the Oreg/Wa border. on Aug 10.  They didn't look too
happy (perhaps the flies).  They said they had hiked through WA and had
Mexico as they're goal.  

Seems like they're a little behind schedule, but I wish them luck.
