[pct-l] Adios '99ers

Hey All!

I just wanted to tell all of the Class of '99 good luck and have fun!
I though I'd do it before y'all left and started, since almost everyone is
starting before me.  I'll be starting in June,  though, and so maybe I can
catch up to some of you :-)  We'll see.
