Besides, if you can get across the river, the hot springs are terrific. 
On the other hand, you can do a maildrop at the ranch without staying
there, it's expensive, but handy as long as they don't lose your bucket.
(Almost lost mine. It was in the far back of the far corner under 500
other little white buckets that all looked exactly the same. Talk about
a frantic hiker!)
