[pct-l] monkey butt

This is in response to the request for a definition of monkey butt: 
basically, it's some nasty chafing in a tender area (ie: your butt
cheeks).

It gets it's name from, well, the resemblance to a monkey's butt.  You
know how some monkey's have large and inflamed looking behinds?  Right,
well chafing can at least make you feel like that's what your rear looks
like.  Hope this helps!
