[pct-l] Simple list request

I don't mean to sound rude, but can everyone make sure that they are
sending their messages in plaintext,binhex mode.  If you are using
Netscape, there is a checkbox for "Send HTML Messages" make sure this is
clicked off.  As for those Redmond Products, I'm clueless about them, since
I don't use them for email.

With your email program, it might be decoding the garbage and you will
never see the garbage these messages leave behind when you read the digest,
but many of us see the garbage.
