Generally I prefer a cotton hat that I can get wet. One kind is a white
baseball cap that has a reflecter in the top and a large drape that covers
the ears and the back of the neck. You look like a French Foreign
Leigonaire. In fact you can use a wet bandana around the neck instead of a
cotton hat.
